November: Surf water ranges from the high 70's to low 70's. The average temperature is from the high 80's to the low 70's. Frequent winds make November an excellent month for windsurfers.
December: Surf water ranges from the 60's to mid-50's. The average temperature is from the 70's to 60's with an occasional couple days of cold weather.
January: Surf water ranges from the mid to low 50's. The average temperature is from the 70's to 60's.
February: Water and air temperatures begin to warm up in February, and surf water ranges from the mid-50's to near 60's. The average temperature is from the 60's to mid-70's.
March: Water and air temperatures are even warmer during March, with surf water ranging from low to high 60's. The average temperature is from the 70's to 80's.
