Winter Texan 101 Course
The response to our Winter Texans 101 course has been phenomenal - so much so that we are planning on offering it as often as we can. We will schedule a new Winter Texan 101 Course soon, so be sure to check back often! There is no cost to attend, we just ask that you preregister so that we can have ample materials for everyone. Feel free to bring a business associate that you feel would benefit from this session. Session starts at 9 am and will last approximately an hour and a half, however, I will be available following should you have any questions or care to brainstorm about any ideas that you may have.

Palm Resaca's Open House, March 3rd, 9am- 2pm:
Palm Resaca will be showing off their beautiful park to prospective residents and will be entertaining them with tours, games, coffee, lunch, donuts, a bake sale, a cake walk, book sales, and even maybe a talent show or an art show. This year's theme is a "Texas Fiesta," and residents will be dressing up accordingly. Join us for an expo that will be incorporated into this fun event by clicking here:
