Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds except in the case of an event cancellation. If you purchased clothing and need to exchange it for a different size, it is based on availability. Most of our products are transferable.

Non-refundable items can include:

  • Gift cards
  • Classified listings
  • Business Directory listings
  • Downloadable software products
  • Trips and tours
  • Event registration fees
  • Display Advertising

Late or missing refunds

In the case of an event cancellation, refunds could take 7 – 10 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounting@welcomehomergv.com.
