After dissolving the yeast in the warm water, add oil, eggs, salt and sugar. Add flour and knead until dough is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl, turning once to bring greased side up. Cover with a cloth and let rise in warm, draft-free spot until double (about 1 ½ to 2 hours).
After first rising, punch down and turn over. Let rise again until almost double (30-45 minutes). Split dough into three equal portions. Let rest, covered, for about 10 minutes.
Flatten dough, pressing out all of the air. Form into loaves.
Place on greased and floured baking sheet. Cover and let rise 50-60 minutes. Sprinkle flour on top.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 30-35 minutes. (If desired, half-way through cooking, brush melted butter on the loaves.)
