Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort’s unique hub-and-spoke circle design allows ample space to maneuver even the biggest RVs.

• All sites have full hook-ups with 50A electric, water, sewer and free cable TV

The center of each circle includes a targeted activity space, ranging from our multipurpose club house to outdoor billiards under a palapa to pickle ball.

Creating a natural bird and butterfly habitat in the midst of parking for some of the largest vehicles on the road is no easy task. But Bentsen Palm RV Resort does it beautifully.

• Trees, shrubs and flowers that attract birds and butterflies – and create beautiful visual landscapes for human residents – have been carefully chosen and planted throughout the resort.
• We use a unique underground drip irrigation system which is precisely placed and expertly managed to maintain the correct moisture in the soil without wasting natural resources.
• No harmful fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides are used.
• The intensity of night lighting is regulated and managed to ensure the health of night-feeding birds.

  Helpful information about our rentals:
  

  • $250 deposit required at time of booking
  • RV rates are based on 2-person occupancy. Additional $2/day/person over 2.
  • Cabin/casita rates based on 2-person occupancy. Additional $10/day/person over 2.
  • Electricity is sub metered. Tenant’s sub metered billed, calculated pursuant to P.U.C. Sub R23.51c(1)G(l).
  • Additional charges for electricity apply for all stays over/after 2 weeks. Electricity is .15/kilowatt.
  • No refunds on Casita or Cabin in the event of cancellation.
  • Full Refund on RV rental site cancellations until April 1; 50% refund until August 1.
  • No Refunds after August 1 for any reason and no refunds after arrival for any reason.
  • No Refunds on reservations less than 2 weeks.
  • Pets welcome subject to resort regulations. Pets not allowed in any buildings with the exception of certified service dogs only.
    • 2 pet maximum per Unit/Site -No Exceptions
  • $250 fee applies for shortening length of stay.
  • Daily and weekly reservations need to be paid in full at time of booking.

  * No occupancy tax on stays of 30 days or more.
