Commissioner Palacios’ Hot Salsa for Steaks

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil or Coconut Oil
1015 onion
Four cloves of garlic
One small box of cherry tomatoes
Three serrano peppers
Cilantro
One jalapeno
Lemon/lime
Spicy tomato sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat sauté pan over medium heat with a generous amount of olive or coconut oil. Add chopped 1015 onion, four smashed cloves of garlic, a small box of cherry tomatoes sliced in half long-ways, three chopped serrano peppers. Stir all ingredients. Add chopped cilantro leaves and one chopped jalapeno. Stir occasionally until ingredients caramelize. Lastly, add one can of spicy tomato sauce and a generous squeeze of lemon/lime and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and it’s ready to go!!!
