Crock Pot Roast

INGREDIENTS

1 2-3lb beef roast
1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix
1 packet of dry Au Jus mix
1 stick of butter
4-6 Peperoncini peppers (mild peppers out of the jar)

INSTRUCTIONS

Place roast in crock pot. Dump everything on top. Put on lid and let cook for 6-8 hours on low. DO NOT ADD WATER.

Kristi’s notes: This recipe was floating around facebook and served for Sunday dinner at Vivian’s house. It was amazing! Vivian’s notes: “I browned mine first and cooked on high rather than low. Added mushrooms which added moisture.
