Mix sugar, flour, and salt together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Then pour 1 cup of milk and mix with fingers. Add another cup of milk or enough to fill pie and again mix. Last add butter on top and sprinkle with a little nutmeg. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until it bubbles up good. Don’t overbake.
