Elizabeth Taylor’s Spicy Chicken

INGREDIENTS

4 Servings
• 2 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
• 1 medium chicken, cut into serving pieces and skinned

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine dry ingredients with garlic, onion and fresh grated ginger. Coat chicken with mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours, preferably longer. Place on moderately hot barbeque grill or broil in oven approximately 30 minutes or until done, turning once.
