Combine the cracker meal and lemon pepper (amount depends on your personal taste) on waxed paper or on a pan and set aside.
Beat an egg and milk in a bowl, the number of eggs and the amount of milk depending on the amount of fish you are frying. Dredge the fish through the mixture.
Then coat both sides of the fish in the cracker meal and lemon pepper mixture.
Deep fry until cooked to perfection.
