Kay’s Mac ‘n Cheese ‘n Corn

INGREDIENTS

Serves 16
• 2 cans (15 oz. each) whole kernel corn, drained
• 2 cans (15 oz. each) creamed corn
• 1 cup real butter, cold and cubed
• 1 pound Velveeta Queso Blanca (or the hot and spicy style Velveeta if you like some heat in your food)
• 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
• Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Spray the inside of your crock pot to make cleanup easier. Combine all the ingredients in the pot and stir. Set on HIGH and cook for 45 minutes. Stir the mixture, put the cover back on, and cook for an additional 30 minutes. Reduce heat to LOW and cook for 3-4 hours. The recipe can be doubled for a large party or halved to serve a family.
