Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers



1/2 lb. Bacon, chopped, fried & drain
1 small onion, chopped & sauteed
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked & drained well
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
20 fresh Jalapeno peppers, seeded & sliced in half (WEAR GLOVES)


Wear Gloves.

Mix the cheeses, cooked sausage, bacon & onion together
Stuff the halved peppers USING GLOVES
Place stuffed peppers on parchment paper to fit a cookie sheet
Baked stuffed peppers at 425 degrees for 20 minutes
