Turkey Vegetable Soup (for the whole park)

INGREDIENTS

2 gal turkey broth
1 gal water
5 lbs potatoes (diced)
2-3 lb carrots (diced)
1 bunch celery (chopped)
6 to 8 onions ( chopped and sautéed)
5-6 lbs turkey (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Knorr chicken bouillon (several tsps)
4-6 tsps minced garlic
¼ to ½ lb pasta (egg noodles)
Parsley to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large soup pot, bring the broth and water to a boil. Add potatoes, carrots, celery and sautéed onions. Continue boiling while adding salt, pepper, garlic and bouillon. Turn down the heat and simmer the contents for approximately 2 hours. Taste and add more seasoning if necessary. Finally, add the pasta and chopped turkey and simmer for an additional 1-15 minutes. Serve hot with toasted garlic bread.
