Already an exhibitor?
Here's what you need to know:
Most importantly, the show will be taking place on Tuesday, January 17 and Wednesday, January 18 from 9:00 AM to 3:15 PM.
Monday, January 16, from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM is move-in day. We expect that everyone will finish moving in on Monday afternoon and be prepared by 8:00 AM on Tuesday.
WHEN ENTERING THE CONVENTION CENTER, DO SO THROUGH THE BACK DOCKS ONLY. EXHIBITORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE MAIN ENTRANCE ON MONDAY.
Once the show starts, your booth must remain manned at all times. Breaking down before 3:15 PM on Wednesday will constitute a surrender of your deposit.
There are a few additional documents for your review:
The first is our Exhibitor Information Packet. This will provide most of the general information that you will need and will answer most of the questions you may have.
Second is the Exhibitor Package from the Convention & Expo Management Services (CEMS). This will go into the fine details of what to expect during set-up, tear-down, and shipping to the Convention Center.
Next is the Electrical Order form. We can order electricity for you ahead of time for an additional fee of $75, or it can be purchased separately from the McAllen Convention Center.
Finally, we have the Exhibitor Samples and Food Promotion Requests form. This goes in to more detail on the policies and procedures that you must follow if you wish to have food of any sort at the show. There is unfortunately very little leeway in this regard, so please be sure to read it carefully.
